2A TRURO ROAD is a project adjacent to the prosperous Sandringham Road. The building form is oriented to maximize the use of the land area to provide the residents with a convenient and comfortable living space with bus stations and train stations within walking distance from the building. With in-situ concrete as our main structure combined with the modern design, we believe our building is the perfect combination of modernity and a convenient living lifestyle.
The construction began in March 2020 and will be fully delivered to our prospective customers at the second half of 2021. Working with the architects and engineers closely, the homes were built to a standard higher than the building code with excellent acoustic performance, effective moisture control, and efficient heating and lighting, providing a quiet and warm home to each resident. Despite the outbreak of Covid-19, we still managed to deliver our project in a timely manner, with health and efficiency as our priority.
