The Edgerley Apartment by Rene Lin (Kingstons) / Leuschke Group Architects / CMP Construction / Envivo
The project consists of 81 apartments and the construction cost of the project was $32 million with a construction duration of 24 months from demolition to completion. The judges were impressed by the project team’s effort to adhere to the tight programme. Rene as project manager from Kingstons Project Management, coordinated CMP the main contractor, Envivo the Surveyor and Leuschke Group Architects to ensure all documentation, consent conditions and the sign-off process was smooth and executed in a timely manner. This is a critical part of the project where all members of the project team are required to collaborate harmoniously to ensure all deadlines are met. The client was able to settle successfully within their sunset date without the risk of contract cancellation.

Property Management协力打造的SugarTree Centro项目则再度获得提名与表彰。
The Edgerley 该项目由81套高端城市公寓组成,位于繁华的Newmarket大商圈,地处静谧的 Edgerley Ave无尾街尽头,毗邻1号高速公路,因此兼具了高效、便捷、安逸这些所有城市生活的要素。同时,它还涵盖于多个周边高分校区以及城市公共服务设施,是不可多得的黄金地段。
该项目由华人开发商Hermitage Group出资开发,由诸多业内著名顾问团队和承包商协力合作共同完成。有幸的是,团队成员基本也同时是“NZCBIA新西兰中国建筑协会”的注册合作会员。主承包商 CMP Construction Ltd、项目管理团队 Kingstons Project Management的Rene Lin、建筑设计师 Leuschke Group、勘探测量师 Envivo Ltd。并且多方长期维护稳定着良好的平台内外的合作关系,研究总结出了诸多的合作经验,为Edgerley项目健康而有序的运营提供了充足的助力。
The Edgerley在开发建设施工的过程中,尽管不是一帆风顺得没有任何阻挠,但所有的问题都在各方共同努力下得到了及时有效地解决。例如在项目之初详细设计阶段,设计方Leuschke明确指出施工可能会对邻近的历史建筑产生影响。开工前CM P提出结构强建造的另选方案。Envivo为此快速申请了土地证书以便业主交割。而Kingstons 的Rene的整合与沟通使团队一起努力将项目中的问题一一圆满解决。
2018年四月,经过多方通力协作, 这项耗资约三千两百万纽币的公寓项目顺利竣工了。项目整体在预算时间及成本内,质量验收达标,并交付业主投入运营。这不仅标志一个项目的成功,更是一条开发合作模式的肯定和经验积累。
