The design team demonstrated a high level of creativity and can-do attitude in transforming this run-down office/warehouse facility into a modern design studio when the budget was under extreme pressure.They seriously explored the answers to the question ” how far can $5000 stretch “ in this project.
The design team went through an exhaustive study of building materials and cost comparisons on this project to ensure that every dollar they spend will have a maximum impact. The project also benefited from in-house fabrication using existing equipment and volunteering work from the designers. This is a classic case of “ideas vs big money”. The end result is stunning.
